-It's hard to see "you already have this quest" message

-attacks should not show up if you are not high enough level

(Note I edited this as I managed to get farther in the game and able to provide a more detailed walkthrough, Although I did not beat it)
You can only do one thing on the first screen right now, click on the weird metal and blue thing and take the Dragon ball piece. I haven't figured out what it does and also note the door surrounded by stars (my guess is either a code or it opens when you have all the dragon balls.) And there is a Dragon Ball in the water you cannot get yet. Also you go left by clicking on Krillian and right by clicking on Gohan.
First I'd go to the right, there keep clicking the biggest tree till a dragon ball comes out, click it. Next go to the cave, and grab the axe, than move the wood to grab the key under it free the Namak citizen. Click the bag in his hand to get the zensu beans. Next go to rocks and then click Gohan with the Zensu Beans and then click him again. Pick up the dragon ball piece and move the rocks till you find a dragon ball. Go inside the newly uncovered cave.
Click the hole in the wall on the right and grab the dragon ball. You will find a capsule on the ground that gives you the code yellow-green-black-yellow. There is also a place to put in a code I cannot find.
Now go back to the first screen and click on the tree by the river with the axe, now you can pick up the dragonball in the river.
Now go to the left and click on the orb thing and move the rock to pick up the dragonball piece, and input the code. and click on the center of the orb thing and take the dragon ball.
